Booking Information
How to Book. Please contact me first to check availability and make a booking. To confirm this complete a Client Confirmation Form and send with total cost within 7 days
Payment. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to "Dafydd Wyn Morgan").
Cancellation. If you have to cancel please tell us as soon as possible. We will refund as follows:

Cancellation by us: if we have to cancel your walk then we will inform you of this as early as possible. You will have the option to transfer to another date or we will refund your the total cost as paid by you during the Client Confirmation process. |
Insurance. We have a public liability insurance policy.
Safety. All reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure your safety and clients agree to abide by the decisions of the walk leader. However, Twm’s Treks cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property or death or injury whilst partaking in any organized event. We cannot accept bookings for any person under the age of 18 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The Walks. We reserve the right to change walks, guides or itineraries in the light of prevailing weather, driving conditions or other safety reasons.
Complaints. In the event of a complaint, please notify the walk leader so that steps can be taken to rectify the problem. Complaints following a tour should be sent to Twm’s Treks within 14 days of the walk ending.
